Form Checkboxes Widget

This is a form widget for supporting a label with a set of checkboxes. Each checkbox can have a name, an associated text and value. It can be disabled or pre-selected.

To get the list of values for the selected checkboxes, call the function getInputValue(element_name) from your scripts.

The CSS styles for the element can be setup via the styles property tab.

Click on the widget icon to add this widget to your page, and double click on the widget to set properties.
