Form Radio buttons Widget

This is a form widget for supporting a label with a set of radio buttons. Each radio button can have a name, some associated text and a value. It can be disabled or pre-selected.

To get the value of the selected radio button in the list, call the function getInputValue(element_name) from your scripts

Click on the widget icon to add this widget to your page, and double click on the widget to set properties.
